    My mother has had these boxes for a long time. I always loved them, and she gave them to me today. Unfortunately they're not in the best shape. I'm seeing about having them repaired.

      I would think they came out of Indonesia and resembles some of the furniture and trinkits coming out at the time. Should be oiled regularly as the wood needs extra care in our climates, expecially a dry climate.
