Here is a 3"H x 4"W aquamarine glass bear in reclining pose by Fenton Glass with orig label showing that it was made for Fenton's 95th anniversary in 2000. The original design was called DayDreaming Bear, item #5239 from the 1990s

Nice bear. I love Fenton glass.
This is such a cute little childlike bear, I can see him in a child's nursery, he's definitely fit in there. He also happens to remind me an awful lot of the Care Bears, I think it's his really chubby cheeks and his pose? His colour too is a gorgeous turquoise blue, I love it!
Love that title, he looks like he is ready to play for so many more hours. and love the colour so much... !~

Lauren thank you for your awesome comment, yes I totally agree on the Care Bears comparison - I think perhaps Fenton modeled these bears after them as the CBs came out first in 1981, and there is one called bashful bear in this bright aqua color. It certainly would look great in a child's room as it's very teddyish isn't it :)
