Sterling silver US Army expert marksman. Likely 1960's to 1970's.

It is an Expert qualification badge for the rifle. There are three levels and this is the highest-- Expert/ Sharpshooter/ Marksman. The same badge with a different clasp is used for other weapons systems.

The pin back is more typical of WW2 era as is the sterling markings on the rifle clasp.
