Hello I found this ring year’s ago and it’s one of the few things I’ve taken to a few dealers to try to find out a value or to find out more, but just wasted time as nobody seems to know more than its Georgian, said it looks like a real diamond but couldn’t be sure

Is the gold band marked with an assay mark for the K value? If it isn't marked I would doubt it being a diamond because who in their right mind puts a diamond in a fake gold band
It has no marks at all but nobody thought it was fake gold, just couldn’t say more than it was very old
