I love the Saturday morning flea market for pickin. With the high probability rain today there were only a few people selling today but I did buy this old light globe. It fits a 3” fixture. What kind of fixture would this globe fit? I have tried researching to find one similar and to my astonishment I’m not having any luck. I thought this one would be easy. It is clear glass with a pink spray on finish. Any thoughts on this one? All comments, guesses, and opinions are welcome.

TallCakes nailed it, no surprise there?! :-) :-) :-)
But since you kindly asked for opinions too, I could go on to suggest that I'd bet that globe would look lovely hanging as a 'pendant lamp', with a simple unobtrusive canopy/chain from somewhere to be suspended from...?? I'd have bought it also, in a heartbeat, congrats on a great score...!! :-) :-) :-) :-)
Thanks you two! I never cease to be amazed at the knowledge of this community. Tall cakes, you did nail it. Anything Obsure, after thinking of your suggestion I am going to make a pendant light for my 4 year old grand daughter!
Thanks to both of you ????
These were easy to find in the 40's. I have a book on old ads and there were lots of them. Also if you look in the old catalogs they appear to have been made into the 1960's also. The catalogs are the best place to look. As people put things on the internet, they never disappear from books or catalogs.
