    I happen to purchase this old amber colored bottle at an estate sale.I was hoping someone out there could tell me what it was used for.There are three pieces to it and they all have the number 47 ingraved on them.Thanks for any information.

      How big is this? It looks like a tumble up.People would have this on a nightstand so if they got thirsty in the middle of the night they did not have to get up.
