Still operational neon sign heralding the original entrance to Knoebel's Park, of Elysburg, PA. This sign dates from 1926!
If I return to this great amusement park, I will try to get a night time, lit-up version of this beauty then!

Hi, Jenni, thanks for the input! Knoebel's is truly a wonderful park. In addition to contemporary rides, it also has a number of old time classic rides and features. It is a nicely eclectic blend of both old time and present day attractions.

Free admission and parking, with pay by the rides is much appreciated, too!

You would really love visiting this park!!!!

I, too, would like to capture this subject when it is lit up!

I believe that Knoebel's is now closed for the season. Knoebel's will be on my list for next year, for the fun of it, and to take a photo of that sign in its illuminated glory !!!!!
