I made an offer on this beautiful 1922 Leon Hatot ATO clock on eBay, and it was accepted, The tear drop on the hands and the open center date this clock. When I got it and hooked a battery up to it, nothing happened. I took the movement out of the case and took it to the garage and gave it a few generous shots or WD-40 Electrical Contact cleaner (not the regular WD40), put it back in it's case hooked the battery back up to it and off it took. In one of his repair pamphlets Hatot recommend dipping it is gasoline to clean these clocks. The last picture is from Leon Hatot's 1929 catalog showing the clock priced at 695 French francs which back then was $124.37 just for the clock, if you added the Garnitures it was 900 French francs or $161.05.
Don't like yellow marble, it came in beige also.
