At first glance-- sure!
A close look reveals too many features that don't match known photos-- top lip (center), nose, hairline and ear.
Another nope.

Top lip damaged repeatedly throughout career due to extensive performance schedule and an impossible will to hit the highnotes and hold them. mezz mezzrow is his book ‘really the blues’ spoke of it. Hairline and hairstyle are an exact match for his early days.
Also. All discoveries by w.l. Schafer are unverified by sport card services and so called specialists and should be considered ‘potential’ no matter how overwhelming the data suggests or the how much interference the borrelia burgdorferi corpse plaque has caused in his facial recognition part of brain after years of fighting chronic lyme disease,. Using the bottom right photo as a comparison-- the hairline is significantly off.
Widow's peak is significantly lower in your photo.
Additionally, the upper lip identifier (noted above) is seen in what looks to be the earliest document image (above your "looks like" image).
