    Found this penny this morning. The front outer ring and the back, had me intrigued. First I'd thought it was a mint error, but how could the mint do this?? Logic has me at, someone did this with acid? But the detail in the "design" is very precise, so I'm here for the pros help. Thank you, and Make it a Great Day.
