Camel Lights Two-Sided Sign

Hi, I recently came across this sign at a garage sale. I don't know much about it. It's 1984, the same picture is on the reverse side and it has brackets at the bottom. It's in good shape on both sides. Does anyone know if it's collectable or if it possibly has any value or how it would have been used in advertising? It was priced at $20 but I talked them down to $12.50...so, of value or not...it's still a neat, old sign for the price! Thanks for your help.
