HA - Lookie, lookie what I just found. Would you call these engraved, or carved?? Are they cow horns or something else? I come from a farm but I am thinking ??? Africans or something as there is an elephant on there?? Do not see any signature. Worthy item? Any info will help. HELP -- WOULD this be considered FOLKART ??

Kyratango is right on. Carved water buffalo horns are also readily available from the Philippines, The tend to be larger and more detailed. Many are listed on eBay.
