If the 'tabs' on its back are somewhat bendable (looks like they've been bent back and forth anyway, whether intended or not?) maybe they (two of them total?) are to decorate shoes or boots. Just guessing, they look about that size maybe?
If there were a pair, they could be clamped onto a watch band to embellish the watch.
Wow! Those would look great on jeans!
I used to go into the salesrooms of the garment industry in NYC and found stuff like that there. Trouble is they speak english poorly and Chinese. Not sure if you are in a big city - they have them there.
Love Valetino97 's thought! I thought it was a hair clip with a part missing. It could also be used on a thin belt, right after the holes and those may just clip on there.
