    So I found this cutie at the thrift store today. I could not find the same Hummel marks on any of the other Postman I saw on line. Do you think that the mark was just stamped “sloppy?” Or is this little guy a Hummel knockoff (clone)?

      Mark looks to be authentic, the TMK-2 or high bee from 1957. This Hummel Postman is item #119. To verify, do a google search for dating Hummel marks, there are many images & websites showing the marks with dates
