Yes, this one is pretty much the same thing as the other one just shown -- especially electrically speaking -- but it is a newer model in a different series, and marked made by SQUARE D COMPANY of LEXINGTON, KY. It also features a basic interlock (easily defeated, by design) that's intended to keep the box from being opened when the switch is turned on -- the other older one doesn't have that. The various usually engergized bare metal parts inside this one are also more fully insulated and the switch 'knife' design is different, presumably all to make it "safer". (mostly for people who have no business poking around in such things at all, but... <sigh>)
