    These two mystery vases have no marks on them other than the words "24 Karat gold Made in USA" on the bottom. We took them to a gold buyer who said that it really was gold but there was no cost effective way to seperate it from the ceramic. These belonged to my grandmother who bought them more than 85 years ago in New York City. Can anyone solve the mystery? Who made them?

      They look like vases made by American Bisque Co. -their "weeping gold" pattern. You can find information about American Bisque using google.
