I do like a lot of the furniture pieces my brother brings home but this so far is the best.
We just don’t know what it is. It looks like a cross between French provincial and Italian.
Either way it is pretty and a great find for just 35 dollars.
do you have some better pictures, its look like victorian center table!
Okay, I just learned that the brass half ring that border each end is called a Pierced Gallery. It has no visible marking but it does have pegs holding it together at the base and screws at the top where the gallery is being held.
