These beautiful red vintage Cherry Amber Red Bakelite earrings are very special and make you happy. You can remove the stem from the cherry, put it through the ear and then hook the cherry back on.
Very unusual, maybe 50's? Or does anyone have another idea for the dating?
The last photo shows an earring with the "stem" removed so that it can be put through the ear.
Dimensions: length: 5 cm. widest part of the cherry is 2.5 cm. Weight 12 gr.
They genuinely look delicious!!! So real and tasty looking and very quirky
They look like real cherries!
Could you show us how the stem connects/disconnects from the fruit?
They are cast well, I see the quality also. Like you, I see this also as a happy set to have.
Thanks LaurenRedmond, Watchsearcher and PhilipsDMorris for your nice and useful comment.
Watchsearcher you can see on the last photo how the stem can be removed from the cherry.
Thanks you Ben, Vynil33rpm, fortapache thank you!

RichmondLori and vetrai050 also thanks for your nice comment and compliment.
Agram.m, help me understand how this works….
And forgive my ignorance, please!
The stem looks like it has a wider, square-ish end on it where it would connect to the fruit.
Does that square-ish tip go thru the earlobe piercing?? And then into the fruit? What holds it inside the fruit?
On the opposite end of the stem with the “T” shape, does the “T” sit on the back side of the ear lobe or on the front?
I’d love to see them modeled so I have a clear picture of how they would look.
Watchsearcher , the stem is in the cherry with the piece without a square end. That can be pulled out and of course put back in.
With this side, the stem is pulled through the earlobe piercing. Then the square piece is either at the front or at the back of the earlobe at the wearer's choice.
Then the cherry is clicked back on the stem and the earring is fixed.
I hope I have been able to describe the user manual well.
Bruce99, fortapache and BHIFOS thanks for love.
