Who Made This Big Bead

I have had this for some time. I thought it was an NA trade bead of Checz Glass. But now I find it may be Venetian glass. It is a rolled bead with white heart, red layer, white layer and cobalt layer. It has been cut on a slant on the ends exposing the first white layer. Can anyone help with the answer?
