Help with info would be great. Found this in the basement of a 100 year old house in Canada.
Most searches take me to A&W references not Kentucky Fried Chicken.

This was likely from Ernie’s Take Home, a restaurant in Burnaby BC that was basically a KFC franchise. Its old address of 4605 Hastings St is now an A&W. Apparently Buckeye Root Beer was a product of the Cleveland Fruit Co., founded in 1906 and extant through at least the 1950s, maybe later. Any markings on the bottom of the bottle that might help further?

Do any of the bottom markings narrow it down any more?

I don't know anything about ERNIE'S, but Kentucky Fried Chicken officially became KFC instead in 1991, so that could be an 'older than' year? (unless ERNIE'S continued to use the earlier name?) Also, is that little rounded-triangle near the center of its bottom a "recycle" logo -- if so, that might help narrow its date as well? With the HEINZ name I'd think of common grocery items more than the containers they're sold in, but Heinz makes lots of things, and any/all of this could be different in Canada vs. USA...??

The C inside a triangle with rounded corners logo was used by the Consumers Glass Company of Canada from 1962 to the 1970s. They may have made this bottle for Heinz (which produced its own glass bottles but also worked with other bottle makers). There were at least two Ernie’s locations in British Columbia, in Burnaby and Chilliwack, during that time. I suppose the restaurant put its label on the bottle for reuse
