they all look similar but i am not seeing any green as well as the marking on the bottom is a M with a kinda circle going thru it.....i am on here now trying to do research on it i do know that the person i am doing this for said his mother had it when he was little and as long as he can remember and he is 51 so i think that may help some i hope
it's not an M it's a W, Westmore depression glass. Here is tons of the green

holy cow ok i guess i was not looking at it the other direction hahaha thanks now just to find that piece in particular
Hedgewalker found the pattern it's a Ring and Petal. Here is an aqua one.

Yep, definitely 'Ring and Petal' by Westmoreland Glass if it has the superimposed WG logo. This pattern has also been widely reproduced most recently by Mosser Glass.
yes, definetly westmoreland glass, thanks for sharing!
um ok so does.anyone kno if they r worth anything?? or how i can definatley find out all i need to on it
You can find out the same way we did... search it.Google is a good search engine.Or go to your local library they typically have books on the subject.
I see they are asking $100 for the aqua, but it isn't sold. The Milk Glass they are asking $40. Asking isn't always getting. I can't find a green but in my first link is the Westmore Glass club, email them or post there. They would know.
thanks for all the info i keep searching google and get nothing other than the white....i will email them in the mean time anymore info anyone has is appreciated i also did check the mosser glass and it def is not that but i just wanted to double check thqnks again its all appreciated
The trojan horse link has an aqua one. Did you click that link?
yes i did thats about the only other colored one i have seen
I have seen an Aqua one here at the flea market, only in frosted glass...whatever you call that, not clear
A circled M is the mark of Mosser Glass http://clicksnipwow.com/chataboutdg/img6145.htm
Westmoreland's mark is a keystone W - not a circle- http://clicksnipwow.com/chataboutdg/img5805.htm
A circled W is L.G. Wright's mark
Hope this helps.
like in the 3rd image that is reversed, the superimposed W and G is Westmoreland Glass.
