Hello..Very Possible Your Artist Is Bruce Crane...Born In New York In 1857, He Did Not Begin Painting Regularly Until 1920 Until 1935 When He Broke Both Of His Hips In A Fall. He Passed Away In 1937.
      He Mostly Painted Outdoor Scenes.
According To Some Research, The Signature On Your Painting Is Identical To His. He Would Sign Some Using Full Name Or Just His Last, Crane.

Well thanks for the info, but I don't think it's as old as Bruce crane. I think it might be a reporduction by a student of Bruce crane in the 1950's
