    Hi to All,

Here is a scan of the cover of Tarzan - First DC Issue...Illustrated by Joe Kubert...

I have had this comic book since 1972 when I was in 4th Grade...It is in almost mint condition and this is because I stuck it in a plastic bag about a year after I purchased it...It has a small puncture in the paper on the back cover and some slight yellowing of the pages - smells a little musty - but almost mint considering how many times I read it and thumbed through it...

I saw one of these sell on Ebay for about $325 and I gotta say it is probably worth it...Please contact me if you have any questions...Thanks for looking! : )

      Thank you Frosty21!

Yes, I think the standards for grading comic books is way too harsh...Compare this copy to the one on sale right now on Ebay for $249...Yes, it has been graded as a 9.8...but really now? I mean come on! I would not give $249 for it even though it has been professionally appraised...but anyway, this copy I have owned for 40 years by next next summer - I would not take less than a $100 for it...At any rate, I collect telephone pins mainly these days and it is amazing what I can buy real cheap and it is also amazing what I will overpay for because I need for my collection...LOL

Thank you again for your comments! : )
