the lamp is L G Wright and made by Fenton; Wright did not produce their own glass but owned the molds and contracted with various companies to produce the glass. You are correct noting the base is Wright's Stipple Star as that base was also used with the Stipple Star font and shade; so this mix of Moon & Star with Stippled Star is likely a bit harder to find. There is a blue one like this currently listed on eBay.
