Native American black leather men’s belt with turquoise belt buckle. Hall marked with Native American symbols

I’m at a loss! I cannot find this specific hallmark anywhere. It’s a cactus, then tepee then a bird. Black braided leather belt and the buckle contains a chunk of turquoise and is inlaid in real sterling silver. Can anyone out there help me to figure out what Indian tribe this is from or what specific Indian made this belt. Also can anyone tell me if it’s vintage. Much appreciated
