    This item was found in my fathers belongings after he passed. We are unsure what it is. The story was his grandfather "won" it at a fair in St. Joseph, Missouri. The writing says at the top "JUBILEE WEEK" at he bottom, ST. JOSEPH,MO. In the middle is a picture of a bull with the year 1899 around it. Sorry the picture is not better. It is approx. 1 inch by 1 inch. Just trying to find some history on this item. I have checked locally in St. Joseph and also on the internet with no luck.
