    This vase is striking in person, although not so much in photos. it's about 10 inches high. No markings on base that i can see. Any info appreciated.

      Might just be my imagination, but thought I saw some lettering between 2 and 3 0'clock in the base photo. Can you reduce the exposure?

      ho2cultcha, there’s some letters/marks/signature I think I can make out for Beatrice Wood, “BEATO” in approximately the 9 o’clock position, upside down. I’m complete novice but I’ve checked it three times against a current BEATO piece for sale.

      When I figure it out I’ll mesh you. I hope it really is a Beatrice Wood . That would be cool. And personally I can totally see her making this piece during the avant-garde era. Good luck!
