IDEAL MILK COMPANY...PORTSMOUTH OHIO...REVENGE PEARL HARBOR MILK BOTTLE

Pictured here is a tall round red / blue quart from IDEAL MILK COMPANY..PORTSMOUTH OHIO. The slogan on the back says REVENGE PEARL HARBOR... WE'RE IN IT...WE'LL WIN IT...DO YOUR BIT...BUY WAR BONDS NOW...TO THE LIMIT OF YOUR ABILITY. This has been the most difficult of the Pearl Harbor milk bottles for me to obtain. Very few of these have ever been offered for sale, so when the opportunity arose, it was finally in my sights to buy one. I think its been over 25 years, so enough time has elapsed. A squat quart from Illinois Valley Dairy has a similar slogan in orange only & is much easier to acquire. This bottle is headed for a safe place to be displayed.
