T bar with a c type clasp. Seems to be porcelain I think ????? It's definitely hand crafted as the top is beveled up slightly and doesn't feel level. The looks like the end may have been longer at one point and still sticks out slightly longer than brooch. Mysterious blonde girl wearing what seems to be white and blue decorated robes with clasp on each shoulder, (kinda like toga) also she is praying? Please if you can help me identify era and maker that would be greatly appreciated I've been stumped by her for awhile now myself, thanks ????.

Wonderful antique brooch from the Victorian era!
I cannot make out whether yours is handpainted or a transfer.
Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to know who the maker is without a signature.
If you google 'victorian porcelain brooch' you should be able to get more information.

Very beautiful piece. I wonder if it was hand painted of a families child for them . A special commission ?

Thank you all and I was wondering if it was hand painted myself and who exactly she was but I've searched long and hard to uncover anything similar and came up empty handed as far as who she was ...I'm led to believe that it was a special to a specific set of proud parents or I would like to think ???? I did find all of the info I included in op was as close as I could self identify with my googling ...I have some really fascinating other brooches actually a huge collection but I'm still researching those before I share beause they are due there enthralling stories. Thank you all so much for the input. I'll post any updates I find!
