      Hi, your porcelain doll is a reproduction of a Antique German doll by kramer reinhart /simon halbig doll mold 117 . Made in a doll making class by a hobbyist. Ceramic studios sold blank molds you could paint and also sold bodies, wigs, eyes, ect. Popular in 1980s-90 but doll hobbyists have been making painting these reproductions back into even 1050s. Yours is not that old . Probably 1970s-1980s' . They make great displays.

      It appears she has a human hair wig . Maybe using hair from a family member ?
