Hello! I just got this dresden lace figurine from an antique shop that I frequent. Just something that brings back memories. The figurine is in great condition, and though i've been searching for days, I've yet to come up with a date or timeframe that this figurine might have been made. I'll grab the photo of the mark in a minute. It's a crown with an S underneath, apparently the mark of the Sitzendorf porcelain co. Blue mark. Thanks for the help!

Beautiful Dresden figurine. According to website PM&M (google Sitzendorf mark, Porcelain Marks & More) this blue mark was used between 1918-1955. Many Dresden lace figurines were made post-WW2 due to severe porcelain factory damage during the war, so she was most likely made @ 1947-1955

Newfld, ahh thank you! I had read that the mark started being used in 1918, but couldn't figure it out beyond that. So cool. I think my Grandma used to have one of these. My favorite antique shop was closing and I've always meant to get one from there. I finally did! Thank you!
