    Bottle Openers

**FYI - DECEMBER 10th, 2021 is National Lager Day**

By now, you know I can't pass up some cool bottle openers. So out picking today I bought a few nice marked ones.

Primo Hawaiian Beer, Olympia It's The Water and Wielands Has The Flavor.

    PRIMO BEER
    Founded: 1897 in Honolulu, Hawaii
"Primo Brewing Company is a Honolulu-based beer brewing company. The company claims the title "Hawaii's original beer". The brand is currently owned and operated by Pabst Brewing Company."

    WIELANDS BEER
John Wieland Brewing Co. opened in 1887
"John Wieland, gold miner, baker and beer baron, bought the already thriving Philadelphia Brewery, eventually becoming its sole owner and renaming it Wieland, and building it into one of the most successful and largest breweries on the west coast. Wieland died in a fire in 1895, and the brewery was sold to San Francisco Breweries LTD (but continued to operate under the name Wieland Brewery), who also owned three other breweries in town"

"Tragically, on January 3, 1895, he and his 17-year-old daughter, Bertha, were killed in an accident when he brought a candle too close to oil stored in the basement and it exploded. His son Albert was also badly burnt and his son Hermann had severe burns on his right hand."

    OLYMPIA BEER
Ahhh what can I say about a local beer...its terrible! I mean it has a unique taste. It was brewed in Tumwater, Washington which is just south of Olympia, Washington(The Capital of Washington State)

"Founded in 1896 by Leopold Friederich Schmidt, it was bought by G. Heileman Brewing Company in 1983. Through a series of consolidations, it was acquired by Pabst Brewing Company in 1999; the Tumwater brewery was closed in 2003."
