Don't know much about my clock? Was given to me from a family member, jeweler said it's over 100 years old and a German box clock.

I've researched this clock for months now and can't find who made it. The jeweler who repaired it even said he couldn't trace it from the serial numbers inside. He just said it's close to 125 years old and a German box clock.

Usually there is a makers mark on the back of the works. Very simple and lovely.

No makers mark on the back or anywhere. The jeweler who repaired the spring couldn't even trace the serial number through the broken spring.
