Not an exciting machine, but many of us have one.
However, I think that the person who values them at a mere $5 is off her rocker, or is trying to ace people into giving them away.

well I wouldnt sell this one for 5.00 and i aso have 1800s singer still in cabinet. and i agree with j.f the value of 5.00 is definitely wrong.

I am NOT trying to ace anyone into anything . I have these machines given to me all of the time . I have one now that was given to me with all of the attachments and book . These are friction drive machines and the friction wheels wear out and are very hard to find when they do . At least around here . Some of the parts are interchangeable with other machines and that is why I may buy one for the parts . I buy and fix and sell sewing machines every day . The very MOST I would ever pay for a friction drive machine is $25.00 . And then it would have to be a very nice looking machine .
