After much time and a large number of reference resource materiel, it is highly satisfying to examine the content of these marketing documents and recognize shapes with their styles of decoration from Bohemian producers of heated furnace glass objects.

This selection of glass items were the mid value exports that we still find on the resale antique markets, due to their economical status, documentation is sparse, and difficult to identify.

It reminds me of other economy type decorative goods during the same period of early 20th, when companies would use a different brand name to sell this merchandise, and also would deny they were doing so.

Noritake who had a long history of porcelain fabrication from C1910 in Japan, had several of them, under various stamped names and logos, such as the Nippon rising sun, the maple leaf, the RC initials, Etc.

Pages 176 & 177 of my large glass book. In the book the backgrounds of 176 is a med green apple colour and med-darker yellow for the cut glassware. I was going through the book last weekend and all the pages are fascinating !~

Hi Phil. that makes sense, the art nouveau colors and decors. I have a third page coming up from the same group of images. Dating might be earlier in 19th, 1880-1900. Tks.

I am still admiring the link you provided previously for the pink guy.

Sorry, not meaning to sidetrack your thread.

HHO very nice of you to say so, experienced collectors of old used to say that at some point, you realise 'the more you know the less you know', as your scope increases and the field becomes more complex and vast. :-)

      HHO
No issues here, I remember providing this image to you, from my Pinterest board for glass documentation, I copied it several years ago, did not remember from where, and the image as it is copied suffers from poor resolution and smaller size.
I cant go back and modify it for you so that you can read the text.
These pieces are quite rare now. So you have chosen well.
Will be back with a better image of the glass owl.

Just for fun, I looked around for various novelty decanter ice options... nothing really similar.
