I know she's a little rough around the edges but she was part of my fathers collection. Unfortunately I have no idea as to the manufacturer, time period, etc. The only identifiable trait is the image painted on the front. There is a slightly raised circular place on the bottom shelf on the inside; however, no information/ lettering etc anywhere. The good news is that the skeleton key is still with it but the piece on the back is missing.

Being a tad picky here, but I believe what you have is more accurately called a sheet music cabinet, although it could be used for records in a pinch. My parents had one of almost the identical form in their house while I was growing up. Value is mostly decorative now since there is not much possible adaptation to current tastes (like an armoire ~~> entertainment center). Especially with any damage present. They were sold by mail order and mass-produced, so a maker would be of little if any interest to a buyer.

Thank you so much for the info. I've found quite a few "more relevant" images to compare this to. Unfortunately I still have no clue which company made it or when etc.
