    Hello I have this vintage item that I think is a paper weight as it’s very heavy, just opened a box what’s been stored and this and another was the first thing I pulled out. Have no idea where I got them from. Marked so wondering if anyone knows more about it please

      It says June 08 and the initial SC I believe. Whether 1908 0r 2008?
