French Art Deco Vase Identification needed

Hi There
I am looking for the maker and year of this beautiful vase. It is Colbalt Blue glass, pressed glass (?) x2 parts, smooth join on top only, cannot find/ see join down vase or on bottom. Hight 31.5 cm width 16 cm Base 9 cm opening top 13 cm. I am thinking it is French, Art Deco. Is it real or reproduction?
I cannot found a makers mark on it.
The last two photos are upside down to show the pattern on the vase.
