This was my mother’s doll. Mom was born in 1934 and isn’t around to tell me anything about the doll. The doll has been stored, rather badly, for many years. She looks very similar to MA dolls but I can’t find any photos that look like her. She’s a 20” or 21” doll and there are no markings that I see. Please help me name her! I am so intrigued!

Hi sorry I missed her . The eye hooks have me baffled since I know of no maker off hand that used them ? So dress is either homemade or it never had a closure and they were added later . Madame Alex always tagged clothes and used snaps. She is possibly a Arranbee or Effanbee . She could be a Deb u teen but the angle of face on photo is tilted down so kind of hard to tell for sure. She is beautiful.
