I've been unsuccessful finding another example of this large Blenko piece, vase or one of the "hat"
ice buckets? I have two Blenko books & it is not pictured in either. It is 9 1/4 tall, the brim is 14" in diameter. the form has four sides, the bottom shape is like a "+ " (plus) sign. Rather unusual. Does anyone have a reference for this piece? Does not seem common? The sticker is Block B 1982-1999 designed by John Nickerson. -- Comments & further information is welcome! Thanks!

Thanks TallCakes!!! Hadn't heard of the Blenko Project ... didn't know all those catalogs were online. Great resource. I'm looking now...! Thanks again.

you're welcome... just note that many time pieces were not included in catalogs. The folks at that website will also assist with IDs

Thanks. Update: I looked at every catalog (love looking at all the forms they crafted through the years). It is not pictured so I sent an inquiry to the project. More later :-)
