This table has been in our family for generations and I love it because it is so unusual. I want to know more. Does anyone have any knowledge about what period of history it's from? Any info at all would be appreciated.

Wow! This table is an awful lot like one I posted a few days ago. Yours is more ornate on the bottom, mine more on the top. Our table is 30 inches across. I'm curious as to the size of yours.

If the glides on the feet are original then there is a problem,,,,,,,,if not then I'd say it from the 20's..Nice piece..I do not know what it is worth nor would I hazzard a guess.

      Seeing the bottom might help.

It's 30 across and 30 tall. Both our tables seem to be from the same collection.

Ours it just short of 30" tall. Only thing I can find on the bottom is:
      175 TUD.

Hi ~ Your table is very similar to mine, but mine is way more ornate. Both my grandmother's lived to be almost 100 years old and my mom lived to be 80. I'm 61 and I remember it in photos way before I was born. There is a sticker on the bottom that got ruined when the person refinished it. All that is left on it that I can read is: ??????n Chair Company, Indiana. My Grandparents lived in Cleveland, Ohio and I know one of my Great - Great - Great - Grandfather's owned a furniture store too: Robert Mitchell Furniture Company. I think it was in Kentucky though. I will be calling my aunt in Ohio to see what I can find out about our table.

Feel free to email me and I will send you photos of the table & label that I have.

Also there is an Antique Store in Whittier, CA that has someone in there selling one just like yours for $225.00 (on sale). The name of the store is: King Richard's Worldest Largest Antique Store. It's on Whittier Blvd.
