I've had this 60's Coke cooler for years, the bottom is rusted some and the handle is incorrect (Knew this when I bought it). I've since bought & collected more, Coke, Therma-Chest, & Pleasure Chest coolers...But since this one was alittle rough i decided to make a "RatRod" rolling cooler. Complete with side-view mirror, Tail light, decals and even an earl ! The back wheels & axle are from a old Scotts seed spreader, (painted the WWW on the tires) the front wheels are lawnmower wheels and axle, and the frame was salvaged from an old bed angle iron cut to length and bolted together. I made the frame alittle longer in the front to accept a small cooking grill and or an old picnic basket! Don't Shoot at me for drilling holes in the cooler & masking it with stickers,,,,,it just sat in a corner until I did this to it, Now its back to being used and admired and looked at by all !!
Just exactly what is an "earl"? I don't think I've ever seen one.....
@ pop.....an Earl is the Antenna, southern slang. Kinda Like "Twice Pipes" on my "Sled".......meaning Duel Exhaust on my Car. hahaha.
If you say so................... but I've been around a while and never heard that, but then again there is a lot I haven't heard.......By the way..it's DUAL.....just saying LOL

@ Pop>>hahahahaha.....but, Perch are a popular species of panfish and are considered very good to eat. They can be caught with a variety of methods, but the two best methods are perhaps float fishing and lure fishing. Well, I don't fresh water fish so that was over my head and I'm begging to wonder if these are 'southernisms' or Alabama specials cause we don't use them in Florida.
Maybe not Alabama but North Carolina'isms' , I understand that sunlight just got piped in there about 10 years ago...................lol
Deff. NC !! You're right about the sunlight !! & I've always said....When the end of the world comes I wanna be in North Carolina because we're 10 years "Behind" everyone else !!lol !!
