      My guess is 1920s..

      A scene of royal couple with attendants celebrating a festival...think it's missing a Foo dog?

      dave is comparing this with an riding the qilin scene which is time and period Tongzi, but this tonality is more vivid than from Peter

      In peter his bowl the frotte ( the stroking ) is different the blue got bleach parts

      this is an abrreviated da ging tongzhi nianzhi without the da qing symbols

      normally you ought to have an 6 character mark square with an closed frame , where the red mark is corroded into an bourgondy color mark ( there are only a few exceptions)

      the main indicator is that globular melon with lean lotus knops are Republic period or later and populair kiln the so called minyao are different marked

      so IMO this is something like 1940-1960 , the point is every one call this Tongzhi because time and period pieces make a lot of more money, , so ebay calls everything Tongzhi

      i don,t trust this i hope i am wrong but there still value left IMO
