First post....... :)
Disney World's "Journey into Imagination" ride was open from 1983 - 1998. Dreamfinder and Figment were the "hosts". Lot's of facts on Wikipedia and such, so I won't go into it. Needless to say I found this at an auction, it has "219.99" in black pen/marker on the bottom of the stand, and "(copyright) Walt Disney Prods." cast on the back of his right leg. Other than that, I can't find out much else about it. I'm a big Disney fan and this piece just jumped off the table at me when I saw it. DF doesnt have on his tophat though, and Figment is missing his sweater.......hmmm. A small thread on a Disney message board mentioned a bronze Dreamfinder and Figment LE150 selling for a really good price on eBay in 2006, but I can't seem to back it up anywhere else to be sure, with a picture. Can anyone point me in a direction? Help!
ETA....found a porcelain one released on Sept 7 2006 (pic above) LE1000.

I have this very bronze statue you are talking about sitting on my fireplace mantel. My parents bought it sometime in the late 80's down in Disney World, most likely in one of the stores in the Disney Village Marketplace. When they sold their house and moved into a smaller place they needed to get rid of a lot of their stuff. I happily rescued this particular gem before it was lost forever in their estate sale. I've never been able to find out much about it, but it probably hasn't been available in stores for over 25 years now.
Me again. Can't seem to get my old login back. I have found out that the artists name is Bill Toma, and judging by his other works, this one is worth about $1000 give or take.

This particular bronze is in fact by Bill Toma and there is one selling on live auctioneers at a very, very good price. Dream finder does not have his top hat on and figment has no sweater so not sure if its the same you are looking for. Was unable to see if it was a LE however it is a bronze on black marble by Bill Toma.
