Large Lotus Bowl - offering stand

I guess that's what i will call it - for a candle or something. Underneath the two 'flowers' it says 'Leonard Silverplate'. The stand for the bottom is one i picked up recently and i think it's a solid silver alloy, but not sure. it's very different and quite heavy and it tarnishes, but no mark anywhere. I keep adding to this and i am really liking it more and more. Fun!
