    I have no illusions that this is anything more than unusual/quirky/pretty. Nor that anyone will recognise/ID it. Mild wear to the base and a snapped off pontil.

      This is just as you've said - quirky/unusual/pretty - which means I like it a lot!
      I've not seen another like it, though I have quite a lot of J.I.P vases in my collection.
      I think it is Bohemian origin. There are a few pointers in the enamel decor (dotted flowers) & casing colours that suggest the maker also made hand vases, as I have several examples with similar details.

      I would tend to Bohemian too. Unless it's much newer as it may be because it's very shiny.
