nm. apache indial stone tool or natural ??? .

i live in nm. right down the mountain from the mescalero apache Indians..and down the mountains from cloudcroft..I live in LA luz nm. I'm not sure if this was a Indian rock tool or a natural???.it is real smooth and looks like the sides were worked...
