This was being sold as Moser but what I liked were the three gilded handles. I thought that if not Moser it would be by one of the high end Bohemian makers I'm not familiar with. What isn't obvious is the slanting internal optical panelling plus the perfect pontil. If the handles seem aslant it's because they are placed in line with the slanting optical panelling.
However when I posted it in a Fb. group it was I.D.'d for me by Michelle. A big thank you, Michelle!
In fact Michelle herself has another version which is posted here.

very nice I would be glad of touching the glass, it seems the solid, smooth, transparen and cold sensation of Moser glass

I was so happy to be able to help identify this one for you Peggy! I literally looked at yours, then looked up to the left of my computer screen, where my example sits, and compared them! :) The gilding and enameled violets on your vase are just so beautiful, and quality is wonderful. What a beautiful addition to your collection!

Sylvia, in fact the vase turned out to be Loetz. The seller had mistakenly thought it was Moser.

Michelle, I doubt you were as happy as I was to learn that my vase was Loetz, and a more ornate one than the DEKs I have. I'm pleased that identifying my vase took you so little time or effort. Though that doesn't lessen my thanks any!

This is a beauty Peggy, congratulations.
Not luck you found a Loetz, innate taste and knowledge I think.
      Well done, enjoy!
