This guy is not exactly mint but I bought it just for the tires. King Size models tend to lose their wheels so I need donors. Although there are also reproduction wheels and tires. In the meantime it is passable for display.
The model was first produced in 1963 and sold through 1968. There were no variations as far as I know. King Size models were all trucks until about 1969 so the tow trucks were the type
Now I have a week to find another Matchbox model. We shall see if I can find one that is all that.
