There are no markings on this doll
She was purchases from an elderly woman who gave information on how the doll liked to be taken care of and told us her (the doll) name is Abigail.
Does anyone have any insight?
This porcelain doll is from 1980-90s when collecting dolls that resembled antique dolls/They were called Collectors Dolls and bought mostly by women over 50. Sold on home shopping TV ,magazines and mail brochures . If not marked hard to say who comminsioned this doll. Most where made in China and Taiwan. Look at back of her neck for maker. Make cute display dolls.

The doll has 0 markings and the hair is real, not synthetic; does this still match the dolls you're talking about?
I agree with what Manikin said about it being a porcelain doll from the 1980s-90s...
Sometimes the name of the manufacturer was on the box rather than the doll.
I think it would be quite unusual for these dolls to have real hair because real hair is expensive and the dolls were not very expensive. Is it a wig?

I am pretty sure I have already seen this doll (maybe with another dress, but I remember the face). I am not sure where though. Maybe on eBay. If I remember, I will come back. :)
Hey Arcto! I did burn some of the hair and it lit up just as my own I tested.
It is synthetic hair , Sold as a collector doll in 1980s-90s.
